This month there are two individual competitions and a special third competition for the whole class to vote on!

Competion 1 - Make a figure made of clay/fimo/play dough – make it funny, creative and clever!

Competition 2 – Design an energy saving poster to tell people to switch off lights and taps etc.

Competition 3 – Design a flag to represent the class you’re moving into – work alone or with a friend or two. In September the class and your new teacher can vote on their choice – that flag can be the class flag for the year!

To enter, you can either photograph or scan your pictures (email to editor@staidansprimaryschool.org.uk) or you can leave the actual picture in the Website inbox in the office with your name, class and age on the back. Have fun! Closing date: Friday 11th of September and the winners announced on the 18th!

In June, we asked you to paint a picture of a bird in season Congratulations to Luke and Mabel in Reception and Mabel in Year 5 for their winning entries.
